This should make NPCing the Ministry a bit easier for most of you, and help out those of you with Ministry characters.

Also, some slight additions were made to the page about various legal violations in the city, mostly to just more seamlessly match up with this new page, and giving a little bit more information behind the extrajudicial nature of many Ministry activities.

As always, if you notice any inconsistencies, please let me know. Sometimes I stare at these pages for so long that obvious errors become invisible to me, so please don't hesitate to speak up if you see something confusing or contradictory, or just a broken link.
