I hereby certify and attest that Lieutenant Hadiya bint-'Aliyya bint-'Layla al-Zarqa', Ministry Identification Number 67234-017-91214 has completed with the approval of her instructors the requirements set out during the sentencing, to wit, repetition of course OUCD-515 under Lt. Colonel J'Maal Drury and course OUCR-420 under Colonel Laurel Davies. Instructors records and letters of approval appended. An updated Level 10 Brainmap with Loyalty Indexes charted has also been appended.

Lieutenant Hadiya bint-'Aliyya bint-'Layla al-Zarqa's Suspension and Confinement orders are lifted as of the filing of this document. Her Class 4 License is reinstated, and confiscated equipment pursuant to that license is ordered to be returned to her.

Her Commission is hereby reinstated, as per the will of the Court.
