Post Minaince "Ince" Viver
Quote: "So what are the ways of the world now?"

Player: Swift

Character Name: Minaince "Ince" Viver

Age: 20

Sex: Male

Species: Hybrid

Height/Weight: 5"5' / 158

Social Status: Uniclass

Physical Description: 1The robust frame of a rustic silver genet aided by the pillow like plumage with avian features of owls are this soul's primary makeup. Although a mutt of sorts do to generations of hybrid families. If one would trace the rest of the heritage, the entities of the recessive genes could be made out as well. This is the foundation of Ince. What a viewer will see is a somewhat slender frame puffed out from its original source bathed in a monotone silver blue hue. The heavier parts: acting as a hood and high collar about the head to chest
and back. Plumes of the shoulders, waist, and limbs are adorned by thick on thin hairs. These fur-feathers have extended, softened barbs which give the coat its blooming sheen. Followed by finer, pear-shaped fur-feathers flailed from their shaft like a fan making the pearlescent middle coat. Finally the lightest area is plain fur with the occasional split bluish white hair.

The body is combination of dense muscles and moderate tones, shaped for the travels and negoitating vertical, horizontal, and variable sized environs. Scalish feathers don on the lower arms in subtle sweeps towards the elbows. Smaller versions grade themselves from the "gauntlet" to the knuckles and 3rd bones of the fingers, in between the thumb and index fingers and from the wrist touching the palm pads in an eerie mosaic. Note that the pinky finger's knuckle is almost level with the thumb and is opposable. Thus making the pads in the hand give a "star" recess in the center. Nails are small and delta shaped in the recess of where retractable claws would be. The next scale feathers are in the lower legs where they mesh indistinguishable with the fuzz covered, hard skin of the area. Peaking on the knee and grading in color from powder to slate blue is the skin itself.

Which points another peculiar feature: the seven toed foot on this digitigrade. Under the heel favoring the outer side from the center is the second thumb of 2 functional bones. The natural first thumb is highly variable, being able to pose in rear and front positions but not touch the second toe. The third and fourth are fused hence the two claws. With the fifth and inner (sixth) toes being standard issue. Smaller-than-
the-two claws drape all the second thumb and only the front have a slight retraction. His tail is both mammalian and avian. Tail length is a little under the knee. Asymmetrically covered by large, tapered feathers linked to lower back and membrane, a bat feature, creating a curtain effect just of the middle of the outer thigh; whilst the rest of the diameter in medium fur. Second on the list of unique features are the wide hips that holds said appendage. So wide in fact its gender bending from afar. The shoulder and chest sizes are of a customary male though.

Nature has a wierd way of putting beings together as beak, hair ,muzzle blend seamlessly. jutting from the face akin to a snowcapped mountaintop. Whiskers are markings etched into sides likes waves rolling from the nose. While having the harderned nostrils and bridge held in that similar fashion, dipped in a pearl blue grading from the silver lining to the tip of the face. Signatures of the owl mask revolve around the orbits of the eyes, cresting over and about the petal shaped ears to cowl onto the back of neck. The pouting fur by the indent from the under the ears, thin cheeks, and jawline completes the facial plumage in one felt swoop. Leaving the large, expressive depigmented eyes as the final special trait; they are affected by light and absorb the yellow, green, and indigo in the spectrum. When not refracting, the irises are neutral gray.

Background: 2Born March 11, 11 ECE to an owl/bat mother and a viverrid father at a remote area in Midcity. Realizing the chaos that comes with a natural hybrid amongst purebreds, the family reclused themselves in a network of tunnels and shafts that lead to "oasis". This enclosed yard spanned for what could be a mile in diameter and hundreds of meters high covered in any structural and architechtural masses known. The area in total was not too far from the surface making it a viable living and hiding spot. The piracy that carried on was a double-edged sword, literally as both Ince and his mother dashed for their lives away from a shot down corsair craft fell in shards when he was 11. In turn, this was their gem mine, waiting for the Ministry to finish their detailed sweeps to check the ruins.

As time progess the missile attacks on the city have been prevalent in the wide docile. Light and weather ebbed its way through the catastrophic channels, being a percursor that the time here will change. On the family last meeting, Ince was given the blue feather and the down molt from the small LED "lantern", of his mother and father respectively, that was used as a sentimental marker when split up to hide themselves. In a way, Ministry soldiers were a threat: Ince's parents only knew them in the whitegear form along with the airship seen in eariler years. They weren't foolish, just aware of the rest of the world being so far from the center of Midcity. As well, the family as a whole found a list of stuff that would sure to bear the weapons of enforcement on them. Another way, those bleached officers are a windfall. For how ever convoulted the use of unity may be, unity is still the heart of the matter. Had that been known, they would have enter HighCity as a group rather than separated. Time was the word.

March 13, 31 ECE. Alone, with equipement chaps, a hi-fiber cloak, and a rather well made 3 chamber gasmask. This hybrid traveled along the ship-sized geoelevator channel found from the now shut from the last tunnels he knew. Flames once again entered his life, overloading systems around in blue, white, amber sparks crashing violently about him. Proof of further decay was the deathy churr of a dying generator. The last thing he remembered was the ceiling breaking against the wall and firing his heavy propelled wirebow heavenward - " You'll live past this...." Ministry report states he was found some distance from a firebreak designation...

Personality: Ince is a confusing person to be with. gregarious but distant, pragmatic but open. Socially, it's as it he going through the motions or is just too rigid to get along with. That's for he doesn't believe some items will last. Moreover, He preoccupied with getting his parents to Toride, so one should not expect much of him at the start. Since he doesn't favor light interactions such conversions with him can seem shallow. It is not helpful that interaction from other families and small communities was infrequent.

However he honestly loves life and know there's more to it. Inquisitive and resourceful are the proven hallmark, as a child, he brought back lots of parts and items in good quality all things considered. Thus how his wirebow was made. Those traits reflected his intellegence though not formally educated. He understood Germanic and could read, but the only material was the two books scrouged up in the daily runaround. Being adventurous was marked by taking confidence in scaling vertical shafts and darting in and out of holes, walls, and broken terrain. He entertained his family and himself with a stick/staffplay made from the basic self defense maneuvers garnered of both elders and inspiration from "espers" that show up in the Structured Fields. It could be said that he's just an untapped potenial not even he knows.
