Physical Description: Vikr-0435 has made few changes to the 'Umbra' uniform it was issued with its last change of unit. Two red-colored eye pieces glow under a black helm. A re-breather hood conceals the rest of the head down to the mid-chest and upper back. Black boots and trousers are barely visible beneath a black, ankle-length skirt, which is trimmed and piped in white. A black coat tucks neatly into black gloves. A stylized 'U' is embroidered on the back of the right glove. A black load-bearing harness covers the coat, supporting several pockets, a pistol holster, and some sort of filtration apparatus. A black tube snakes up one strap of the harness from the device to the right side of the helm, about where the base of the ear would be. The back of the harness as two loops, currently tightened all the way down and tied off.

Background: Vikr-0435 has no memory before awakening with the rest of his squad in one of the dozen Novaya Soyuza soldier training facilities. Such was deemed unnecessary information and erased. A file on long-term storage deep in the bowels of the now-demolished colony record its original name, family, and the like.

Upon awaking, Vikr-0435 was programmed with basic combat knowledge and weapons skills. Initial testing rated higher marks compared to the average for non-augmented units. Combat tests against a minor, neighboring colony were a complete success; augmentation of lesser races for combat duty was brought into full swing. Meanwhile, the Vikr Battalion, to include Vikr-0435, would continue expanding Novaya Soyuza's sphere of control.

After four successful campaigns against neighboring colonies, Vikr Battalion was brought in for upgrades and re-assignment. Emminations from the Heart Machine drew the eyes of the military leadership, and Vikr Battalion found itself being sent on a recon-in-force mission. Little support and numerous hostiles took their toll on the unit, though. Fortunately, the retreat was not a complete rout, despite the losses in military hardware. Vikt Battalion was reconstituted into a company and transferred to the escort skyship NSS Khristenko.

The Khristenko survived several front-line rotations, during which Vikr Company repulsed multiple boardings and conducted several of their own. Of note was a battle against Ministry forces, during which the Ministry Skyship 'Daedalus' was successfully captured and returned to home port. Vikr Company was out-fitted with new augmentations and returned to active duty on with a full battalion. The remainder of the war for the battalion would 'garrison' duty in new-held lands.

Towards the end of the war, Vikr Battalion was brought in for outfitting with equipment taken from the reverse-engineered Daedalus. However, that out-fitting would not occur. With two companies remaining, a handful of hybrid-sympathetic command staff, and several dozen survivors of the bombing. By the time the group left what was once Novaya Soyuza territory, their numbers had swelled to just under two-hundred civilians. Naturally, it was an incident waiting to occur.

After about a week of travel, a Ministry aerodyne passed overhead. Convinced that it was a prelude to 'finishing the job' with the colony, the remaining military command had the soldiers build hasty fortifications. When the Ministry Quick-Reaction Force (QRF) arrived, the battle was brutal and short. When the snow settled, every soldier and several Ministers were among the 'dead'. Miraculously, Vikr-0435 survived the engagement, though with grave damage.

Recently, Vikr-0435 arrived to Einheit City, where he found himself welcomed into UniClass society.

Personality: Vikr-0435 has a burgeoning personality at best. Most things are still broken down to basic orders hard-coded into its cyberbrain. However, the damage suffered at the hands of a Ministry Quick-Reaction Force have given Vikr-0435 a chance to overcome its programming. The change has not yet been completed: Vikr-0435 still has a LONG way to go with plenty of time to get there.
