Physical description:
Reynold is the rather odd offspring of two hybrids; a tiger/Hawk father and a tigress/Iguana mother. Because of the shared mix of tiger, it was only obvious that Reynold bore tiger as his predominant feature. It wasn’t hard to see that he was more than that though, all one needed to see at first glance was his reptilian tail. It didn’t seem to fit his feline form, as well it shouldn’t have, but though it was still shaped like it was attached to a lizard, a coat of fur still covered it from base to tip. Upon closer inspection, he has a rather interesting detail about his body under his basic tiger pelt. His skin seems a bit harder, almost like scales instead of flesh underneath where his fur hid it from sight. Between his feline ears, he always makes sure to keep his dark brown hair cut short into a military-style crew cut. To round out his look, the tiny frill of brown feathers on the lower side of his forearms and his dark green eyes are those of a Hawk, even if they still allowed him to see in the dark like most felines.
He can usually be found in several different outfits, depending on what is required of him. When off duty, he is almost always found in a custom fitted white singlet style outfit. It sort of resembles a leotard, leaving his arms and legs open for easy movement. It can also be noted that he usually wears white leg coverings while in the Toride that fit around each toe to allow the claws to poke out, letting his graceful, semi-digitraded feline feet feel free. A pair of fingerless, mid-forearm length gloves complete the outfit. But when he ventures outside into the cold he slips on a dark leather jacket to protect himself from the cold. When he is on-duty but not in his armor, on-duty and in his armor, or in his formal attire he wears the uniforms issued to him as ordered. As long as he is in any of his three uniforms, he takes painstaking care to make sure it is neat and in good order.
Background info:
Reynold was born in Einheit after his parents fled there to escape the terrors of the war. His father was a self-trained soldier who tried to work with the Military to defend their past home. For part of his life, Reynold was raised in the nicer areas of the Midcity by both of his parents equally. His father still did what he could to support the Ministry free-lance, but always made sure to spend some time every day training his son in the methods he had taught himself to fight. At the age of 11, he lost his mother to a gang of purebloods in the Undercity. She had gone down there to look for something a good friend told her about, but when she was found it looked like she had been held for several days before brutally murdered. When the Ministry heard and dealt with the problem, Reynold had watched from a distance as the whites gunned down the gang. Since that day, he vowed to join their ranks to help uphold the dream of Unity for everyone.
When the day that all Hybrids were granted Uniclass status and a place to live in the Toride, Reynold and his father were more than eager to leave the Midcity to move on up. But no matter the place, the young hybrid never lost sight of his goal. He spent as much time working out his body and training his gun arm as he did in his classes at school. As a downside, his goals didn’t leave much time for him to gain a lot of respect among his peers. Despite his decently good looks, he was usually the brunt of a lot of jokes and pranks. A habit that followed him into the academy a few years later when he was old enough to join. He did his best to ignore it, and soon learned to poke fun back at his fellow cadets during his training, in the right times, of course. He's still a Minister, and knows that this isn't a job to take lightly. He always gave his drills 100%, excelling the most at marksmanship training over all of his skills. This earned him a place within the training grounds for future snipers, where he made sure to put his eyes to good use on every target he was ordered to fire at.
He has just recently graduated from the academy, much to the pride of both himself and his father. He is undoubtedly loyal to Unity, the Ministry, and to his squad mates. He still slips from time to time with minor details as young recruits occasionally do, but when it comes to what matters most he will do everything it takes to see the will of Unity seen. No matter what the jokers say about him behind his back when he can still hear.
Personality info:
Reynold is a rather boyish youth, friendly and joking as anyone can be at his age. He can also be rather bashful, especially around females and people of authority. But for the most part, that changes when he suits up and goes on duty. He finds it rather easy to enforce the law when no one can hear his youthful voice or see how green he is in person. He gets flustered about the jokes made about his occasional clumsiness, but he is quick to put them aside and jab back whenever possible. He looks forward to the day when his duties will help change the world, making this city the best place for anyone who accepts the ideals of Unity to live. Until then, he will keep smiling to his friends and fighting the Miinistry's enemies, no matter the cost.
