Physical Description:
Mukunda looks pretty evenly mixed between his parent's species. His ears are more rounded, like a rat, though his fur is white and striped like a tiger. His snout is a bit longer than that of a tiger's, but his nose more closely resembles one of a tiger. His tail is bare and slender like a rat's as well.

The hybrid wears a few scars where fur no longer grows, including one across the top of his muzzle. They're mostly all quite old, but they all have their own story.

Background:
Mukunda Bai Se was born the son of a traitor prince and a rebellion fighter. His father, Yuyutsu Zhong Shi De, was the youngest son of the Ruling family in the Ela province of Hemachandra. Yuyutsu was, at a young age, sent to Giridhar, a neighboring province, to work as a royal guard for the provincial palace, occupied then, and until the fall of the province, by Shan Xue, a tyrant lord famous for his psychological facilities and numerous torture prisons.

It was here that Mukunda was born, 20 years before Einheit City was founded. Yuyutsu, having very little real loyalty to the White Tiger race that ruled all of Hemachandra, and more of a true affinity for the masses, had, on occasion, left the palace to be among the people. Through these many outings, he had met a female Rat, who not only became a member of a freedom fighter cell in the capital city, but who also became Yuyutsu's lover.

Mukunda was born a hybrid, in a dark cavern in the mountains just outside the capital city of Giridhar. He was hidden from society, since any hybrid children with white tiger blood were considered fit only for destruction, as they were considered abominations, and an affront to creation itself.

He grew up in seclusion in the mountains. He learned to fight, hand to hand, and with various weaponry. He was schooled in mathematics and a form of unification philosophy similar to Frey's by his father. By the Age of 15, when the first rebellion strikes of the Hemachandran civil conflict began (a period of rebellion that lasted nearly 35 years; it ended with Boreas.), he was a warrior. The rebellion needed each and every soldier they could get, and Mukunda happily took up arms against those who had oppressed his mother's race, and his father's ideals.

His father was one of the high royal guards at the palace, one of the last ones who had helped turn the tables on Shan Xue, which allowed for the eventual takeover of the Giridhar province. It was the first province to fully fall to the rebellion, and one of the few that remained in its hands for any length of time.

By the time Einheit was founded, the Rebellion was facing tougher resistance. Mukunda was among a small group of rebels who helped facilitate the takeover of one of the major Giridhar aeronautical bases. This proved to be a pivotal moment in the rebellion's history. Many people who could not fight, or merely wished to escape, fled from the province in the small fleet Mukunda's task force had managed to secure, and they made the long journey to Einheit within the first year of the new city's existence. Mukunda went with this first voyage, leaving his mother and father behind to help establish the face of Hemachandra within the new, utopian society. Even though he returned a few times with refugee recovery convoys in the first years of Einheit's existence, Mukunda never saw his family again. Years later, he heard rumor of their deaths, though he was never able to confirm it.

Mukunda joined the Einheit City Militia in 2ECE, shortly after one of his last runs to Hemachandra. After the assassination of Frey, he joined with the Ministry at the age of 25. The Young Mukunda was a vicious warrior. He fought for the city, and for unity, proudly. Through the years of service he was scarred, and battered, but to this day he's remained strong. When Boreas took place, he was saddened. He knew that there would be no life left for those still trapped in the warring colony, though he'd let go of his home long before, knowing full well what his commitment to this new city was. If anything, Boreas solidified him and tied the hybrid son of a traitor prince to the ideals of Unity. He knew his mother and father would have been proud of him for what he'd become.

These days he still serves in active duty, though as he ages, he knows is time in the city, working patrols, among other things, will come to an end. Soon enough, he fears, he will be behind a desk, however he knows that all duties of the ministry are necessary to the survival of unity.

Personality:
Mukunda is more of a gruff, hardened fellow. He's a dedicated minister, and a loyal person. He is very proud of the society he is a part of, and he believes in integrity. The hybrid is never one to lie, or act in some way that would be 'unseemly'. He takes his duty seriously, and it comes before all else in his life. From time to time, among good friends, he is friendly, and a little more loose, but around those he doesn't know, he is very official and professional. Not unfriendly, yet, not necessarily warm and fuzzy either.
