Physical Description:

Malta is a rather toned young woman who stands at about five and a half feet tall. She still has an effeminate yet strong figure, with long legs, a deep chest, and sturdy arms.

Matty doesn't seem to be too concerned when it comes to cosmetics, her short-canine looking face is riddled with an infinite amount of scars (One large disfiguring one decorates the top of her muzzle). Although she does look to be of dog-descent, she is far from it. Her Tasmanian devil face makes her look somewhat masculine, with a big nose and a short snout; but do not let her goofy face fool you. Behind her black lips hide gigantic teeth. With the combination of her fearsome teeth and strong jaws, the last thing you would want would to be bitten (although that type of fighting is now considered barbaric). Drawing attention away from her almost furless maw is her two bright red eyes. The deep red orbs would look evil if it weren’t for the bald spots above them, making her expressions look very exaggerated and toony. All of this fur would make you ask ‘So where does the Harpy Eagle come into play?’ Upon further inspection you would notice a weird grouping of hair. The mess of fur camouflages several long feathers. Those feathers react to different emotions, picking up in curiosity and excitement, and pressing back down in anger and fear. Similar to the decor on her head, the plumage also covers part of her forearm.

The rest of her body isn’t exactly model qualifications, but she isn’t fat (she looks too muscular to fit the ‘model’ shape). Her chest is deep and full, but is mostly covered by her fluffy black neck-fur; a simple arc of white fur is painted across the center. Behind her shoulders hang a pair of well feathered wings. These small wings are beautiful with feathers that are white with black stripes; but are pretty useless. Since they are not nearly big enough to carry someone her size, they can only allow her to heighten her jumps, and maybe soar for an extended amount of seconds.

Her hands and feet are almost completely hairless and are all equipped with sharp, yet well kept claws. Oddly enough, her right hand is stained a very deep red. If anyone asks why the red was there, she would reply with a simple shrug.

To follow her hourglass frame, waist widens out to large child birthing hips (with an adorable curled tail decorating the top of her bum). If you keep going south and follow her legs, one would see her strong thighs that taper down to knock-knees, and eventually lead to thick calves and her strange looking feet.

Malta has a rather quirky fashion sense. She loves the skin tight ‘cryo flesh’ or clothing-armor that many Argent City soldiers had; but in turn she also adores what you would call ‘normal clothing’. Of course her idea of normal isn’t… actually normal indeed.

Above the black and gray cryoflesh bodysuit she dark green capris decorated with belts and straps. Her shoes are similar to Argent City soldiers’ boots. The black ‘sock’ comes all the way up to her knee, and strategically placed armor forms the shoe and knee pads. Since Malta is an animatronics technician and mechanic, she often needs to protect her eyes and hands. Fortunately for her, she is equipped with a pair of orange goggles (which can magnify, x-ray and see in the dark), and two very sturdy brown gloves. When it is extremely freezing outside and her cryoflesh doesn't protect her, Malta wraps a bright blue scarf around her face, and covers up her chest with a brown puffy vest.

Background:
Malta’s family was typical, a mother and a father, (Her mother a purebred Tasmanian devil, and her father a Harpy eagle mix) and one older brother who was very protective of his little sis. Malta grew up in a little City called Sanica, located to the North West of Einheit. She received a classical education, but ended up getting leaving at the age of 16. She was tired of being harassed for just being a hybrid and she hated the idea of being stuck in a classroom; she would rather get hands on some of the technology in her father’s shop anyways. Although her mother hated the brutish machines, Malta strived to be an inventor just like her elder brother, who was more of an electronics collector. It didn’t take long for her to understand how most electronic devices worked, and she soon tried to open up her own shop. Unfortunately nobody even gave her a chance since she wasn’t purebred. Once Malta decided to leave her city she started to grow up and ‘break away’ from her family. Almost the second she turned 18 Malta spoke with her brother and obtained her first hovercraft, the ZepWhale. The massive whale-looking hovercraft was handed down from the boys of the family, but since she was the youngest she inherited the machine.

For about five years she wandered from city to city, building up her mechanic experience and meeting new friends (and enemies). Because Malta was a hybrid, she was usually scoffed at when she tried to socialize, but that didn’t stop her from trying. Most of her visits were not friendly though; she often was chased out of town and punished for just being a Tasmanian Devil / Harpy Eagle Mix. It wasn’t until after the end of the Species Wars that she met a well traveled man named Taniel in Einheit city, that she actually got noticed. With the help of her new friend, she finally got her hands on some decent technology. For several years she worked with Taniel until he just… disappeared. She looked for her friend for a while until being distracted with something more dire. Recently she has been seen slipping off to the second level of the Undercity and not returning for several hours. Now she lives and works with Wesker in electronics repair and invention shop called ‘The Diode’. With the hope of being in a powerful inventing team, and to make her father happy, Malta gleefully keeps working hard with her business partner to someday make it to the top.

Personality:
Malta is a tad arrogant and boyish for such a young looking girl. For most of her life she was raised around men, since her father was a rather popular mechanic. She inherited many characteristics of her father, including but not limited too: his brutish personality, mechanical knack, and his stubborn nature. Although Malta is one of the boys at heart, she still keeps up the etiquette of her wealthy upbringing. She still treats most people with respect and courtesy…to a certain extent. Unlike many of the hybrids she hangs around, Malta secretly wishes for unity and peace. She was never one to start conflict and would rather back out unscathed than to stand her ground..

Weapons/Equipment: A happy robot named Nakulen 4. It's about the size of a very round rat, and has a spider like shape with 4 stubby legs, two large expressive blue eyes, and is sectioned off, it's 'behind' very large and round. Normally he is colored with different shades of brown, with some blue to contrast..
