Physical Description: Kelly is short for his age, something he is commonly mocked for when around other children. He isn't what you would call strong, either, shying away from most physical activity. He covers his thick white/tan feathers with thick layers of clothing. Under all his clothes he wears thermals, dirty and with holes in places. Then over that he wears a long sleeved t-shirt, which is slightly too big for him so he has to pull the sleeves up over his hands. He wears some rather ratty cargo shorts, which are pretty much stripped of their cause, the pockets having been ripped away long ago. Over all of this he wears a thick wool military coat, with noticeable holes in the front and back of the left breast.

He has distinct markings along his face, a brown line traveling down the top of his head to fork in the middle of his face, traveling across either of his eyes. His wing feathers are brown with speckles of white. They could extend to a full span, but he keeps the wing feathers trimmed and bound to his fore arms for the ease of wearing normal, unmodified clothing. His hands are scaly, much like his feet, and tipped in dull black claws. His tail feathers are brown, with white feathers on either side, black stripes moving horizontally across all the feathers to the very tip of his tail.

Background: For some reason, Kelly can only recall about half of his life. Though he can remember his mother, her face, he can't recall how or why she left him alone. Possibly repressed memories, not that he would know what that is. He has spent the last half of his life wandering around on his own, getting food from Last Sanctuary, a sort half-way house for homeless purebreds, and lives in a dilapidated electronics shop which has been stripped of anything worth selling.

He spends most of his time there, or in the makeshift library of Last Sanctuary, reading all he can about computers, electronics, and programming. At the age of 12 he constructed his own companion to keep him company, a small robot who he named "F", for Friend. F is the only thing he speaks to regularly, though it does not speak back to him. It is the only thing he has actually had any real social contact with in the past few years, and it doesn't even speak back to him.

Personality: Kelly probably comes off as very anti-social. He is incredibly shy, and doesn't like to talk to strange people. He tries to keep to himself, but when bothered he can be rather aggressive, though the chances of his aggression becoming physical are less than nonexistent. Even if he were to attack someone, his small stature would be easily taken advantage of. Because of this, he tries to avoid conflict all together.

He spends most of his time cooped up in the makeshift library at Last Sanctuary. He doesn't usually talk to anyone there unless he has to, but can often be heard talking to the little robot that follows him around where ever he goes. The robot never speaks back to him, though he can be heard having full conversations with it. This makes his social situation even worse, because most people find this behaviour offputting, or freakish. Kelly might be a bit delusional.

Weapons/Equipment:

Tool Satchel - Around his waist he carries a small belt with a pouch on the back. Inside he carries various tools, mostly small tools for working with electronic components. Nothing fancy, just things he has scrounged up or been sneaky enough to steal.

F-001 - F is a small robot that follows Kelly around. Despite being a robot, it isn't all that great. It has programming for movement, and can carry out simple tasks like searching for a certain object in the area and retrieving it. Its primary function is to be Kelly's friend and companion, which it seems to accomplish without any ability to communicate with its creator.
