Player: Dwilah
Character Name: Joe
Age: 28
Sex: Male
Species: German Shepherd canine mix
Height/Weight: 6'2", 210 lbs.
Social Status: Outer Class
Physical Description: Joe's tall and thick--not really muscled, just stocky. He's got traditional German Shepherd type markings, though his coloring is all black and very dark brown. His hair is more of a scruffy puff of fur between his ears. His eyes are amber brown. He's got several scars slightly visible through his thick, long fur.
His clothing is rough and worn, and usually consists of a dark leather jacket, frayed jeans, and nondescript t-shirts. Occasionally he can be spotted in a work jumpsuit.
He's generally always covered in some amount of grime, and often carries a scowl on his face.
Background: Joe has a part-time job in the mines, and supplements his income pushing drugs for smaller Undercity syndicates. He spends a considerable amount of time loitering when he's not working. He barely scrapes a living and lives in something resembling a closet in an Undercity shanty town.
His family is lurking around the Undercity, though he rarely sees them (just pops in from time to time to kiss his mother on the cheek). His family isn't necessarily anti-hybrid, they're more just set in their ways and tradition. Destitution has helped broaden Joe's horizons--he'll do business with anyone if it lets him eat.
Personality: Joe's got an almost perpetual scowl on his face (or else a deadpan sort of tired look). He's just one of those gruff types that never smiles--and when he does, it's more of a toothy grimace. He has a lot of pessimistic bark (harhar, pun) but he's got a soft spot if you know where to look. He's more of a silent type in general and it's hard to gain his trust.
Same as destitution enables him to see the use in befriending hybrids, it also enables him to do questionable things. Joe's sense of moral right and wrong tends to revolve around the idea of not doing something to attract retribution. He'll steal, loot, push drugs, gamble, and would probably take a sucker from a baby, as long as he wouldn't get caught.
Weapons/Equipment: Switchblade and brass knuckles. On occasion he uses them to bluff, but rarely ever uses them (he's more likely to run if the bluff fails)
