UPDATE: Following the Ministry's halting of travel to and from the Nightlands and the resulting increase of restrictions upon private-sector air traffic, Citizen Jaja Wingclaw, along with several other unrelated UniClass skyship privateers, has gone missing without a trace. No official Ministry statement has been given on the matter, though rumors circulating in various Undercity and MidCity circles have hinted at a Ministry cleansing of so-called 'UniClass undesirables', in which she may have been a target of.

Physical Description: JaJa Is a short little hybrid, her dusty soft feathers cover just about every inch of her body. The only furred place is her tail, which is long and fluttering. Her body is fairly well muscled, from the years of running. Her head is completely dove like except for her cat like ears. And a tuft of backwards feathers stick up from between her ears like hair. Her eyes are a bright blue and are darting. Her forearms and beak are a fleshy pink color, and her finger nails are usually painted a bright color. Her thick legs taper down to a petite cat paws. JaJa's feathers are a light dust grey with darker tiger stripes all over her body. There is one darker stripe on the back of her neck that is crossed by another dark stripe forming a cross down her back.
Background: JaJa's mother was a cat and her father was a ring necked dove. She was raised in a loving environment, but that didn't stop her from developing some strange quirks. She was incredibly hard to manage as a child. She was hyper and loud, thus her mother and father sent her to a boarding school across the city. This gave little JaJa time to run in the streets and get into trouble. She joined a gang of street rats, stealing and killing for the sheer joy of it. She got her 'act together' after awhile, mostly just focusing on her school work a bit more. She learned to fly airships, taking great pride in her work. She never really left the gang behind, gradually moving up in the crime underground. She 'purchased' a small quick airship and with the money her parents left her when they passed, she tricked it out with all the gadgets she could to make it perfect for sneaking up on larger ships boarding them quietly and taking everything they have, and motoring away with out anyone noticing a thing. With a small crew in tow, her life in set, she lives like a queen one week and a popper the next, stealing everything, killing when need be.
Personality: JaJa is like any pirate, she is sneaky, cut throat but unspeakable charismatic. She seems friendly and kind when out in public but she is more likely to buy you a drink then steal everything you have on your person. She has a softer side but that is rarely seen. Through her silly looks, Jaja is one of the sneakiest and dangerous people to run into, she has knives and guns all hidden under her thick layer of feathers. Cross her once and you could end up missing a limp or even your life. But befriend her, and you will have a rich long lasting friendship with a very powerful woman. She is always recruiting for crew members in her small ship, but she cannot be found unless there is a deal to be had or money to be made. Some say they have found her just by saying her name. But one must be careful about saying her name in the right parts of town or you could find yourself on the business end of some blunt weapon.
Weapons/Equipment: A variety of weapons can be found with on the hybrids ship and on her body. She will sell you some of them for a price. Her ship is equipped with guns along the sides, but they are easily hidden to make it look like a trader ship. But it is easily noticed as hers if you know who she is.
Misc: The excess of weapons she has is from pirating them off ships. Most of her work is with weapons, but she will steal anything from food to boots, and sell it for less than it was originally worth, sometimes more. She goes after outer class ships mostly, so the Ministry cares little about her operation. But she will go after bigger game, such as syndicate-owned ships, if the price is right.
