Physical Description: A gaunt and somewhat stretched frame is the most prominent feature of the seemingly ill canine. His sleek features are colored with a muted contrast between his dirty white coat, splotched in numerous areas with a pale black. There are several places where the fur stands up unevenly, most of which are thanks to a cut beneath them. The dog's hair, which is a faded blue color, hangs about unkempt and unwashed. His bangs cover most of his face, but they're usually brushed to one side. The eyes beneath the dirty hair are flat green in color, and are heavily rimmed with what appears to be natural strain lines and worn off makeup. Small curves run from under his chin onto his chest, every inch of which trace his bones. A stretched and bony chest makes a blunt statement of the owners health. Dangling rather sullenly behind him, is an emotionless tail, no longer serving as a sign of emotion.

The clothing worn by this one could betray a hint of his background. It is unmistakably a timeworn military coat, along with a pair of ripped black pants. Beneath his coat is plain tank top, which is stained by mud and sweat. These fatigues are accented by spiked leather braces; two on his wrists and a matching belt around his waist. An older pair of black fingerless gloves hold tightly against his hands. Some severely damaged combat boots adorn his lightly blistered feetpaws. The combination of apparel worn by him causes a quiet jingling to be emitted every time he moves.

Background: The information available about his origins beyond his constant misfortunes in the Midcity is severely limited. Though plenty of people should be acquainted with his daily offenses; stealing common goods and smuggling illegal arms are two particular things that he is actively repeating. Unfortunately, he has nearly always pressed for money. Apparently, his connections aren't on as good terms as he would wish for.

Hideki is also affiliated with several smaller criminal groups, though his power in them is unknown. Also, there are some who claim he is part of an unusual 'cult', but not much is said about this.

Personality: He is an openly friendly person on the outside; but is it his true face? The canine doesn't appear to entertain very many close friends. The amiability he normally portrays is alarmingly uncommon in his field, so he may easily make people uncomfortable.

In casual situations, Hideki is calm and composed; the opposite is true whenever the slightest hint of trouble is about. Things like the UniClass or the Syndicates raise this behavior rather quickly.

If approached about anything sensitive, such as his past or physical state, his mildness disappears quickly, giving way to a much meaner and sarcastic personality.

Misc: Hideki's left eye looks impaired. If closely examined, the iris is a washed colored and it doesn't react as fast as its mate.
