Physical Description: Federico is a Grey Wolf in his early 20's. He's of average height with a slender figure and chiseled abs, working out regularly to maintain his build. He's extremely flexible, his quick moves getting him out of a sticky situation on more than one occasion. His body is covered in soft light grey fur, with softer white fur running along his underside and paws from his muzzle to the tip of his bushy tail. The tips of his ears are shade darker than the rest of his body. He has an intricate tribal tattoo on his left arm. He has piercing bluish grey eyes, given him an almost seductive stare along with his stunning pearly white teeth. He has a taste for expensive designer clothing, keeping up to date with the latest fashions. Often being seen in tailored suits with open collars and gold jewlry. He's very self conscious about his looks, spending hours in front of the mirror grooming his luxurious pelt.


Background: Born in 7ECE to well to do purebred immigrant Benito Valentino, Federico was spoiled as a child being given whatever he asked due to his father living in near poverty in his home country. Federico learned at an early age that his father played a major role in the undercity syndicate and used this information to pressure people into giving him what he wanted. He dropped out of school in his early teens to follow in his fathers footsteps and become a 'made man'. His father was angered at his stupidity, scolding him for giving up the chance at an education that was denied to him as a child. Federico took up a job as a vice president of shipments at a local warehouse run by his father. He found it hard to move up the ranks, his father unknowingly playing a big part in this as he tried to prove himself. He'd often get himself into more trouble than he could handle, having to be bailed out by syndicate soldiers when things got too hot. In 24ECE during a heated argument with his father it was revealed to him why he'd never become a made man. Federico, enraged by his fathers lack of faith stormed out of his office slamming the door. Minutes later a group of masked goons burst into Benito's office, spraying the room with lead and killing him in an apparent hit. Days later Federico resurfaced, seizing control of his fathers assets and taking a position in the syndicate inner circle. To this day the circumstances of Benito's death have been unsolved. He operates under the watchful eyes of the elder syndicate bosses, partly as a personal favor to the deceased Benito.


Personality: Federico is a ruthless sociopath, taking great pleasure in harming other people. Often torturing people to within an inch of their life even after learning all the information they possess. He'll often call out hits on people for the slightest unpleasing comment or gesture. It has been said that he once had a restaraunt bombed because the chef did not cook his meal to his liking. Federico is also notoriously flamboyant, frequenting midcity bars and nightclubs looking for a hookup with no real preference to gender. This is a fact much covered up by the syndicate in an attempt to avoid any unnecessary negative attention from the ministry. Federico seems oblivious to this often having to be escorted home after a night of heavy drinking by his personal bodyguards.
