Physical Description:
Being a professional Free runner (and graffiti artist) his build is lithe but surprising muscular. Obviously he needs to be light so he can actually jump what he needs to and catch himself on the other side. Although short his arms and fingers are unnaturally long. He isn't really sure if they were always like that or they are because of his constant swinging on them. But he doesn't mind, he actually glad they are, it makes his favorite activity much easier. Other than his arms nothing else is special about him, no distinguishing tattoos or genetic defects. His fur is snow white and due to the constant winter is quiet thick. His tail extends about two and a half feet behind him and ends in a black tip. His eyes are deep green and just seem to stare straight through you when he takes off his goggles.

As far as clothing goes it's nothing if simple but rugged and very helpful. Starting from the top down. First would be his goggles, that change depending on the amount of light available. Second would be a deep blood red scarf that he wears around his neck most of the time, but when painting he wears it over his mouth to protect him from the often harmful effects of using spray cans for a long period. A Dark jacket over a hoodie that helps him keep warm when he's out for so long in the cold. But when he's displaying his artistic talent he has his hoodie up over his head to help disguise who he really is, and when combined with his goggles and scarf makes him hard to identify. Black cargo pants with numerous pockets that almost touch the ground often carry his ID, supplies for more detailed art pieces, and anything interesting he happens to find. Thick leather combat boots round off his appearance. This have been customized to include a steel toe plating at the end and several small metal spikes on the bottom to help him get traction on snowy and ice surfaces. These small changes have saved his life more than once.

With the exception of his boots and scarf all his clothing is reversible to be white instead of black. This small change has helped him camouflaged and hide from many would-be attackers. But unknown to him the Whites helmets have thermal sensing and he would be very easy to spot with what used to be hot now on the outside. But he's not stupid, and knows not to tag up Ministry buildings and put himself in unnecessary areas of risk.

Background:
Born youngest to a family with four other siblings he was always the runt; Picked on by his older brothers and one sister all the time. He may have never been the strongest, but he quickly learned that he was easily the fastest, and ran all the time just to annoying his brothers that they couldn't catch him. But he never took much of what they said to heart. But just after he turned twelve though his father was attacked by UniClass security guards, supposedly because he was "threatening" their client (or maybe just in their way) and almost killed when leaving his factory job. So he decided that all his offspring should learn how to properly defend themselves. Soon the entire family was learning under one of his father's best friends and spent two years learning everything every thing from punches and kicks to grappling and bone breaking techniques. But this seemed to fill his two eldest brothers with too much confidence. Now believing they could defeat anyone they went searching for the thugs that almost killed their father. They were found two days later with bullet wounds littering their body, each with a piece of paper stuck to them, saying that they had been executed for trespassing on Uniclass ground with intent to cause harm to a Hybrid.

Their deaths quickly broke the already tense family apart. Everyone going there own separate ways. Needless to say this was the turning point in the young Ermine life. Alone at Fifteen years of age. But he vowed to not let himself meet the same fate as his brothers. But hated the Whites and the Hybrids for what they did to two people who just wanted revenge. It was the day after the family had broken that he saw what he needed.

Under an awning on the side of a building was a rat in his mid twenties. He was humming quietly to himself as he finished up a graffiti tag. It was a simple picture of a Minister in full armor stepping on the words freedom. The rat explained that his younger brother had been killed by a Minister and this was a good way to get back at them and spread the truth. The rat took Faclan under his wing and began to teach him about 'art' and how to escape when things got to hot.

It was during these three and a half years of learning under the rat they both took on an easy job to earn some extra creds. Using their skills of running and climbing to run messages from person to person who were too scared to go out and deliver them themselves. But they soon found out that there were a lot more people who were terrified of the Whites, so this simple one timer became their main source of income although it was so much more dangerous than showing their 'art' to others.

These teachings turned him into what he is now, a Free running graffiti artist message carrier, with no family and after the rat's death at the hands of another rat, no friends. This is how it's been for six months, and although he knows what would happen if he gets caught, he is slowly taking more and more risks without even realizing it.

Personality:
Due to his very traumatic childhood he rarely speaks to anyone unless they speak first, and he never makes an effort to talk to Hybrids and never even approaches a White. But if his trust is earned he is a very nice person to be around a talk to, always willing to help in any way he can. But if not, his stance is the same as it is for Hybrids. Beware of everyone, for lies and deceit are often hidden well.

He knows full well that what he spends most his time doing is illegal by Ministry laws, and he knows of quiet a few Urban Artists who made one too many mistakes and ended up strung from walls as examples. But he's not doing it to just deface their property and undermine their authority. He paints his messages for his dead brothers and for anger that the Ministry kills his kind without any thought of what it means for the family's of those that die. In many ways he finds it worse than the Ministry killing his entire family. If they had done that then he would know where they are. But now he's constantly haunted by nightmares of what's happening to his remaining family.

They took his childhood away, so he will take away their morale and change the image of their sparkling ideals of Unity and how perfect they are. But not with bullets, with messages and symbols, to change people's views so they no longer support such a horrible cause. So that one day maybe they can throw away the ideas that just because of how you were born you deserve so much less'

Weapons/Equipment:
- Two simple plastic lensed goggles that keep the paint out of his eyes if the wind suddenly shifts and helps protect him against wind while running. One of them is dark for during the day and one is clear for when he runs during the night. He always keeps these on his person and are normally across his forehead when not in use.

- A custom fitted backpack: A black backpack with deep red accents. This has more straps then you would normally expect, but because of what he does he REALLY doesn't want it to fall off his back. The largest pocket carries his various spray cans and other 'art' supplies. The second pocket carries (when he's on an assignment) the messages that he has been tasked to deliver and his pistol. The smallest pockets carry two spare pistol clips and other various odds and ends.

- SAP Self defense gloves/gauntlets: Although he is small by most standards he is very quick with both his hands and feet. But he will take any advantage he can get in a fight for his life and a fist as hard as steel can often make the attacker think twice before attacking again. To make sure he doesn't break one of his arms that are so important for his work he's added padded plates on his forearms that don't hamper his movement but still protect his arms. But he will always run if he had the chance. Better to live then take a chance.

- Semi-auto handgun: A simple but well maintained pistol to use as an absolute last resort. When running won't work and a quick punch to the face won't detour an attacker. This is kept in his backpack and is most often used to scare off the attacker or wound them enough so they can't run after him. He never wants to kill anyone and hopes he never has to.
