Physical Description:
Standing at a full 5 foot (5 foot 6 inches if you include his ears), Dustfang isn't a very large fox. He's rather slight in build, coming out to around 120 lbs. His fur is naturally a fine, golden color, with black on the tips of the ears, and on one toe of his left (digitigrade) foot. His belly fur is a cream color, fading into the gold at the edges. But most of the time, you can't much tell, under the dirt and grime that comes from living in poor conditions. He keeps warm as best he can, legs covered in black pants, a pair of heavy boots on his feet. His torso is covered with a snug, sleeveless shirt, with a heavy overcoat that drapes near his ankles. and keeps him warm. Gloves adorn his hands, but they're fingertip-less, and looking fairly worn. Around his waist is a belt, usually with several screwdrivers and other random bits of stuff.

Background:
Dustfang is an inventer and a tinkerer. He makes a living by making ammusing little do-nothings and spring powered toys, selling them to whoever decides they might want one, or by performing impromptu repair jobs on mechanical objects, either cheaper than the 'professionals,' or taking on projects that nobody else will.

He loves an engineering and building challenge, and will tend to work on something nonstop until it's complete, even if it takes days.

The fennec tends to take trips around on a frequent basis, scrounging for scrap metal or discarded technology.

Personality:
Normally a quiet one, but somewhat eccentric, Dustfang tends to keep to himself as much as he can. He's more likely to watch something from the background, and gather information than he is to actually participate.

Dustfang has a calm, calculated nature, most of the time, that could be misunderstood as being cold, though it is almost never his intent.
The fennec is not always easily trusting, though it's fairly easy to pique his interest, if you bring up the right conversation. He loves to build things, mechanical little toys or other projects.

Weapons/Equipment:
Dustfang carries (for personal protection) a double-action only revolver, always tucked away below his cloak, and he always keeps a combat knife, for more than one application. He's likely to be carrying at least one screwdriver at any given time, and, depending on the day, quite a few possible other tools.
