Physical Description:
Years of eating solely Nutrafu have ground apart the thick of Boon's muscles, leaving ridges where the dragon's bones jut sharply through the membrane of his grimy black scales. Despite Boon's frail appearance, whatever strength remains in his body is sufficient. He never complains about strain or exhaustion; simply a constant, gnawing hunger.

Boon's face is youthfully handsome save for the pitted hollows of his cheekbones and a perverse finger growth protruding from behind the dragon's left nostril. A jutting chin and straight bridged nose give him a thoughtful appearance. Dark, fine hair sprouts like silken thread from the start of Boon's forehead between his knotted horns and thins out on the small of his back, ending in a ragged tuft at the tip of his elongated, skeletal tail. Black irises probe at the world beadily behind a pair of oily goggles.

Generally Boon wears a pristine pair of crimson shorts looped together with interlacing belts. A strapped undershirt that hugs the contours of his abnormal chest conceals the stubby finger protrusions that cluster like unformed cilia across his torso. The mutations on the back of his arms are covered by detached belted sleeves of a coarse homemade fabric. A pair of oversized green coveralls, grey workgloves and thick strapped sandals give him the false appearance of incredible girth.

Elaborate earrings, rings, necklaces and body piercings of silver and crimson decorate the dragon's face.

Background:
An orphaned child entertainer and acrobat, Boon was part of an acting troupe in Vadda Insetto, a colony of primarily reptilian descent. Exposing himself to audiences as a freak was a normal part of Boon's life during this time.

Traveling to Einheit in 28 ECE changed that. The troupe disbanded due to lack of business opportunity and Boon's adoptive parents became laborers in a steel manufacturing plant. Throughout his family's residence in the Midcity, Boon was severely bullied, isolated for his physical deformities. Seeds of self-loathing infected his judgment and led him to slice off the growth on his nose, despite knowing from accidents as an acrobat he'd be in agony as it incrementally grew back.

After Operation Boreas, Boon and his family moved into the Undercity where the dragon met his feline friend and business partner, Rei Aboprhckoe. Together, they spend nights boozing through the Midcity and Undercity, scrounging for salvageable scrap metals, mechanical parts or overlooked items of value in a bulky trash processing vehicle they dub "Big Green".

Personality:
Boon has a charismatic disposition with empathetic undertones, naked honesty and an uninspired intelligence. Ignorant and illiterate, Boon has little higher understanding of or interest in hybrids, the Uniclass or the Ministry but respects them with tremendous caution.

To his very core, Boon craves acceptance from others. The dragon acts amicable to everyone but he is extremely self-conscious, shying away from lasting relationships. Although he feels he's come to reaccept his defect, Boon is hesitant to have others discover it and withdraws from social interaction.
