Physical Description: Most prominently, and obviously, a canine with heavy apish features - lion genes contributing only to the scraggled mane about his head, the general bluntness of his jaw and chin, and jutting teeth. He is mostly devoid of fur, save for tufts of feathering at his wrists, ankles, and a wild mane about his head and neck. His muzzle is lined and crooked, obvious that his large hyena-like nose has been broken in several brawls. His small, feral eyes are of an odd color - the left a dark brown, the right a pale green-blue - and overshadowed by an heavy brow. His skin color is a mousy brown, with slightly darker freckles spattered across his muzzle and cheeks; his fur is a deep brown, the tips of his wild mane dyed yellow-blond. His long, ape-like fingers are tipped in blunt claws; he is digitigrade, though his feet are ape-like and can - within limits - form another set of 'hands' for the hybrid.

Though covered in multiple scars from knife fights and bar-room
brawls, a set that are far more methodical decorate his chest and torso, down his abdomen and ending at the pelvis and groin.

His dress is definitely foreign, of a civilization or City virtually unknown in today's times - impossible to determine. The most basic layer is a faded red-and blue wrap, trimmed in frayed lace; artfully folded over his thin form to create a one-piece toga and held in place by a bead-covered belt. Over his wrists and ankles hang beads and various trashy trinkets, woven into stiff gauntlets for both (joined by four bulky digital watches). Another mess of beads and talismans forms a harness crown about his forehead, and draped over his muzzle.Over all this he wears a more traditional, Leed-style naval coat - heavily trimmed in dirty fur and lace. He sometimes wears heavy sandals that look as if they have been made from old tires and twine.

Background: Born at the Havas Leed Out-Sea Mining Colony thirteen years before the founding of Einheit. He fled the child factories at an early age, joining up with one of the many lawless gangs that flourished like parasites on the frozen settlements squatting on the fringes of the dead ocean. It's not certain how he, and a few of his gang, ended up in Einheit City -  at about 3 ECE, they were already operating within the Bosozoku. Biske was sixteen.

The Leeds had often run-ins with the Argent City faction of the
Bosozoku, and it was during one of these frequent fights near the end of 5ECE that Biske was picked up. A brief look through his medical history proved to be of high interest to a few of the ranking scientists; he was offered help for an unknown medical condition.

On January 6, 6ECE, Biske was admitted to a nursing facility in the Toride for severe schizophrenia and serious self-inflicted wounds. Four months later, he disappeared from the facility after murdering the on-duty doctor and severely injuring two nurses. Though it has been considered a dead-end for quite a
while, the end of the war saw his case file oddly reopened.

Personality: Years of violence, trickery, and and hard living have left their stamp on Biske. He is a singularily angry and violent individual, prone to outbursts of a verbal, and physical, nature. Most of the time he keeps to himself, unless an opportunity to take advantage of something - or someone - presents itself.

Being a hybrid in the Underground is a dangerous venture, but Biske manages to handle it by a variety of methods. Though certainly not smart, by any stretch of the imagination, he is wickedly cunning - and can even manage to be quite charming for a time.

Misc: For Ministry characters: Biske has a file in the system stating that he is mentally unstable. Orders are to capture only, which was added a mere two months ago. Further information is sparse; attempts to read further into the file results in this:
