Physical Description: Armin is a a hybrid German Shepherd/Aardwolf in his early 50's. His body structure stayed mostly unchanged after the procedure due to the physical similarities of the two species, altho his fur changed to a mix of light and dark brown with black striped markings. He has a muscular build(due to hybridization) and is fairly healthy for his age, excercising daily. His jaw strength increased allmost tenfold, giving him sharper teeth and an allmost sinister smile. He dresses in a black military uniform with bloused pants, combat boots, and form fitting insulated/armored top. A trenchcoat completes his outfit so as not to draw unnecesary attention to himself. He wears double shoulder holsters for his .45 Lugers and a buttpack for storing ammo and other supplies. He has several modifications that were a result of wounds inflicted during battle and paid for by a former colony army, and subsequently the Ministry. His right arm is completely cybernetic up to the shoulder and has a compartment for storing a combat knife or a collapsible weapon in his forearm. His Arm was recently reconstructed after being damaged beyond repair. His left eye is a slightly paler shade of blue than his right due to being cybernetic. It has zoom capabilities and is also equiped with night and thermal vision.

Background: Armin is an Ex-Lt.Colonel of the Dresden Army, a colony which was wiped out in 29 ECE during Operation Boreas. Armin was leading a training excercise in the Nightlands when Ministry bombers dropped AbZero bombs over his colony. Upon returning to Dresdan, Armin discovered all that remained was a large crater. He rallied up his men and attempted to make radio contact with nearby units. The only response was static and upon hearing this Armin made the decision to move out, not sure if there were any survivors. After a month or two Armin made the decision to abandon his squads vehicles, which had ran out of fuel and were running on reserve power. They set out on foot, moving from city to city finding nothing but death and destruction as thier food supply dwindled. After about 6 months the squads supply of rations ran out and they had to resort to hunting for food. Many of Armins men met thier death at the hands of the Nightlands creatures, or froze to death after getting injured due to poor medical care. Armin continued to lead his men for another few months before they grew restless and rebelled against him, blaming him for the groups current situation and calling him an incompetant leader. They stripped Armin of his weapon and rank and forced him from thier makeshift camp, driving him into the freezing wasteland with nothing but a knife. He wandered for several days until he came upon the gates of Einheit City. He was processed by immigration and decided to go through with the hybridization process after hearing the benefits, embracing Unity in the process. He recently started his own salvage company, taking on Kurtz as a partner/employee. After meeting fellow hybrid Zhan Kona and offering him a job Armin and Zhan were involved in an unfortunate incident in the nightlands involving the rogue dresden Colonel, Deiter Faust. Faust had assembled a force of several hundred rebel soldiers in an effort to deal a blow to unity, by attacking the city with several damaged plasma artillary pieces. Armin and Zhan sabotaged the weapons before they could be used against the city and were subsequently captured, with Armin being shot several times in the process destroying his cyber arm. Armin was led off to Faust who intended to execute him, after informing him that the plasma attack would have just been the first stage in an elaborate plan which involved research on an AB Zero bomb. Just as faust pulled the trigger a ministry team breached the cave where he was being held captive, throwing off the Colonel's shot so it only grazed Armin's neck. The ministry MedEvac'd the seriously wounded Armin to a toride hospital as they subsequently rescued Zhan. Faust and the rest of the surviving soldiers were taken prisoner by ministry personell. Armin was treated for his gunshot wounds and had his cyber arm fully replaced, the old mount being too difficult to repair. He was released from the hospital about a week later, visibly scarred from the ordeal. Not more than a couple weeks later on his way to a meeting with a client Armin was involved in a train wreck caused by The Underqueen and Seven. A mysterious numbered code appeared on the telescreens before Armin was dragged off the train by Seven, dissapearing for allmost a week. He awoke in his appartment 5 days later with flu like symptoms and allmost no memory of the whole ordeal. He visited a doctor after realizing he was having trouble with numbers where he was diagnosed with memory loss as a result of a "terrorist bombing" using halucenigenic agents. Armin had restless sleep filled with nightmares until he visited a ministry "re-education" clinic as a prerequisite for aquiring a PDW(Personal Defense Weapon). He was informed that he would have to undergo "higher-level of citizenship conditioning, including neural improvement." Armin agreed seeing no reason why he wouldn't want to become a better citizen and went through with the procedure. After leaving the clinic Armin felt as if a weight was lifted from his shoulders, thinking back he could remember very little from his purebred past and shrugged it off as unnecesary information. He's had no nightmares since.

Personality: Armin is a military dog through and through. Joining the Dresden army at the age of 21 he has moved his way up the ranks from a lowly Liutenant to a decorated Lt.Colonel. He led his men with pride, being fair when giving rewards and punishments. He was the Commander of a Batallion size element during the species wars but wasn't content with sitting behind a desk pushing papers. He'd often roll out with his men, taking part in training excercises and going straight into the line of fire with the rest of the grunts. He has an outgoing personality and is more than willing to lend a helping hand, altho recent events have made him somewhat wary of people in general. Armin is a master of adaptability. He quickly warmed up to the ideas of Unity and came to a conclusion that it was for the greater good of the city, deciding to become a hybrid Uniclass himself rather than retain his purebred blood.
