Anthony

Affected with leucism, the young deer holds a very ghostly appearance augmented by his gaunt, thin figure. Though standing at average height, he may appear taller due to his wiry frame and bone-white antlers which sprout from the front of his head to the back like those of a Sika deer. His fur is all white, as is his hair which is at face-length and parted to one side. By contrast, his eyes are of a much darker color, almost black in appearance, along with his hooves and apparent skin. While he essentially wears whatever he finds or is readily available, he is most often seen wearing neutral or muted colors such as grey, black, or white. He prefers to keep a modest appearance, wary of drawing unneeded attention and never one to try to impress others with dress. He often wears long coats of various kinds with scarves wrapped several times around his neck for comfort and warmth, something especially needed for when he is exploring the colder areas in the city.

Since the age of 12, Anthony has been living as something of a vagrant and scavenger in the city. He's a wanderer, an explorer and collector of all things curious, strange, and esoteric. He seeks out what many would think of as the inexplicable or unusual within the city, even going so far as to visit lesser known-of areas of the Undercity and elsewhere. Prior to his nomadic life, he lived somewhat comfortably with his parents who passed away due to severe ill-health. This left him as an orphan without much of a known family, leaving him free to be the wanderer he is now. Anthony prefers not to go into details about this subject, and instead focuses on other matters he finds to be more important. Life since then has been a journey into the unknowable and obscure within all things, a constant pursuit into the mysteries of the City. He often goes about doing things alone, but will occasionally welcome others into his findings and ventures. Though he leads others to curious destinations, he never thinks of himself as any sort of "guide", as he feels he does not fully know anything there for certain. If anything, he wishes to share his various experiences with others who are willing to do so.

Anthony is often times a timid and quiet individual, keeping spoken words at a limit he feels necessary if he needs to speak. Soft, frail, yet strangely endearing would best describe the voice he speaks in, as well as his being as a whole. Though one for kindness and help, he is often at some notable distance from others. Despite his fearful nature, he is one who is often compelled to look beneath the surface of things others would turn away from. What he seeks in his endeavors into the unseen is something that even he doesn't fully know. In the center of some common tragedy on a street or in a small building, he may be found examining the broken scene for some uneasy sense of solace and consolation hidden beneath things. Always one for humbleness, he often will acknowledge his weakness and uncertainties as an individual.

Over time he has collected a sizable amount of items that he may carry around by some means or store away in some recallable location tucked away from most eyes. Broken crafts, outdated electronics, odd findings only to be seen in secluded places, and other objects make up only part of his ongoing collection. Though may be seen as something of a hoarder by some, he will often trade or even give away things he has acquired if compelled to do so. If journeying into heavily populated or patrolled areas, he prefers to keep his inventory elsewhere just in case, and keep a modestly-sized backpack with him. Despite his varied collection of curious objects, he is one who does their best to avoid combat, violence, or confrontation of any kind with others. A small knife to his side and a quick response to fear is usually his only defense against threats.
