Physical Description: Xabier bears the typical markings of her species. Her back, upper-arms. thighs, upper face, and ears are of a light sandy color; A pale cream is splashed on the front of her torso, her lower face, the underside of her tail, her lower arms starting below the elbows, and her lower legs starting below her knees continuing down to her feet. The tip of Amet's tail is a light, smokey, gray-brown. She has unique reddish markings under her eyes that look more like permanent stains on her short facial fur than actual markings.

Her upper arms are marked with swirling black tribal tattoos that were put on her as a child as part of a family custom. The marking on her right arm represents her mother's family. The tattoo on the left represents her father's family.

Amet's hair is a soft white and kept short except for a mohawk-like strip starting the base of her skull and growing progressively longer and ending at her crown. The tips of the 'mowhawk' section of her hair are various tints of light pink, yellow, and orange. This hairstyle was traditionally worn by male warriors of the region but Amet has adapted it to her own liking.

Amet is the victim of an unknown inherited bleeding disorder similar to hemophilia. she is prone to chronic nosebleeds as well as bleeding from the mouth, gums, eyes, cuticles, and other areas of sensitive skin. Because of this she has to take medication, though since she often can't afford it she has to make her own crude version of the coagulants.

Xabier's lower arms bear deep scars caused by lacerations. She won't answer any questions about the cuts and where they came from though it's highly obvious that she inflicted them upon herself. If ever caught in the act of cutting herself she will often claim she is testing her blood medication to see if it's working properly.

Xabier's clothing it relatively simple, but still carries resemblance to the traditional garb of her homeland. She tends to wear browns and other earthy tones and decorates her body with a minimal amount of jewelry inherited from her mother. She wraps her legs with several layers of cloth underneath her leather pants and wears thick leather fur-lined leggings over her trousers and cloth wrappings to give her extra insulation for cold nights. The leather bracers are secured into place two pieces of orange cloth wrapped around her knees. She dons a simple black shirt over her torso, leaving her upper arms and mid-drift bare. Her arms are usually covered with the same style of of leather braces as those on her lower legs, as to avoid questions about the scars on her arms. When going out into the weather Xabier ofter wears a voluminous orangish-brown cloak over her clothes.

Background: Amet's family hails from a colony in the far south inhabited by coyotes, fennecs, jackals, other similar canines, as well as hyenas which were accepted to some degree into the predominantly canine society. In the time before the Darkening of the Sun it was said that the area had once been a vast golden desert. The traditional religion of the Colony and Amet's family was worship of the sun. Even though the sun itself had died ages ago it is believed by her people that the Solar God is just in a deep slumber and will one day awaken to the world, forever piercing the Nightlands with its radiant light.

In ECE 2 a Hyena scientific colleague of Amet's Grandfather, who was a renowned scientist in the fields of chemistry and botany and considered an expert in anything involving Hydrogen based technology, was invited to come to to Einheit city with him. With growing tensions between their home colony and the nearby Feline and Reptilian Colonies, Dr. Xabier thought it would be beneficial for the family to relocate. Her Grandfather was also elated at the chance of being able to study Architect technology.

After their migration to Einhiet City the wealthy Xabier family was easily able to afford small mansion in Midcity. Dr. Xabier began studying to Architect technology and was eventually invited to work on restoring some of the old technology in Toride. Dr. Xabier was responsible for assisting in the construction several organic food labs and greenhouses inside of the massive structure.

Dr. Xabier, who thought himself on being highly progressive man, encouraged the idea of a racially tolerant society. And donated mass amounts of his wealth to the HMC and the Ministry to fund the defense and progress of the city and encouraged his sons to enlist in the Einheit city Militia. Dr. Xabier trusted that the HMC and the Ministry always had the good of the city in mind. Even though his sons were worried about the detainments of Purebreds during the coming years Dr. Xabier insisted that the family had nothing to worry about since they were loyal to the Unity.

Amet Xabier was born in 7 ECE and was raised by her Grandfather. Her mother died giving birth due to bloodloss from the say bleeding disorder that plagues Amet. Amet never saw much of her father or uncles due to their involvement with the Militia. She was the youngest child of her seven cousins, who by that time held their own jobs in the militia or in Midcity. So she spent most of her time with her grandfather. He instructed her at home in reading, writing, math, and sciences. She was also taught about different aspects of the culture of their homeland, myths, legends, histories. As she got older she became more and more attached to these traditions, supplementing contemporary clothing with traditional elements. She saw herself as sort of a guardian of her family's culture and beliefs, and even when her cousins began to join the Uniclass by marrying other species and later undergoing Genetic assignment she resisted the idea at first. Instead she stayed at home in her grandfather's mansion, taking care of the aging vulpine while taking a job assisting with the engineering of foods and medicines at one of the Midcity factories.

In 28 ECE, a year before the Colonial Missile attack. Her Grandfather told her he had been invited on an expedition to a nearby Skyfurnace along with several other purebred scientists. Amet questioned the sudden expedition, was it not dangerous to leave the city in a time of war? Dr. Xabier insisted that there was nothing to fear, as they would be accompanied by a Ministry escort and traveling in one of the most advanced airships ever to be created. Amet couldn't persuade him otherwise so she was left with her older cousins and their families to watch over the family manor until her Grandfather returned. He said it would be a short expedition, probably a month long, to examine the technology and determine wether a second expedition was worthwhile.

At first Amet received nightly transmissions from her grandfather, then the transmissions became more and more infrequent, eventually cutting out entirely. The last thing he said was the expedition might be longer than initially planned. Amet waited for the month to pass, then two months, then three. Amet went to the Ministry for answers concerning her Grandfather's disappearance. The Ministry said the Expedition was a classified project but otherwise she had nothing to worry about.

Amet went to her cousins for advice, but they too assured her there was nothing to worry about and Amet was just being Paranoid. During the following year her cousins slowly began to leave home an migrate to Torride with their hybrid families, leaving Amet alone. Soon afterward, Amet was demoted from her position at the factory in favor of a Uniclass hybrid employee. Instead of working in a lab bioengineering foods and medicines she was demoted to a petty position on the factory line.

On December 20th 29 when the Colonial missile attack struck the city Amet was at work when the Missiles hit. The factory received minor structural damage but none of the employees on staff were hurt. Unfortunately the fires from the explosion caused irreparable damages to Xabier manor.

Amet gathered whatever she could from the ruins as the Subzero bombs hit the Colonies and migrated to a small midcity apartment to stay with some coworkers from the factory. Amet thought it would just be a temporary relocations until she learned of the destruction of the colonies and that the Ministry had seized any property she had not managed to take herself from the charred remains of the manor. After several weeks of frustration she realized that her father and uncles were likely now coming home. With everything collapsing around her, Amet withdrew into herself. Becoming a cold fractured version of her former self.


Though she wants to find out what happened to her father, grandfather, and uncles Amet is just struggling to survive at this point. Her cousins have cut off all contact with her, refusing to talk with her anything concerning their parents or grandfather. This left her feeling both confused and enraged at her cousins, as Uniclass citizens could they not find out what happened? Did they no longer care about anyone than themselves?

Amet finally came to the conclusion that if she wanted to find out anything about the disappearances of her family members she would have to become a member of the Uniclass. The Pale Fox also believes that if she were to live in the Torride the Ministry would provide her with proper treatment for her bleeding disorder and they might even be able to eradicate it all together with their advanced genetics technology. She has twice submited applications for Genetic Reassignment and twice been denied without explanation.

A few Undercity organizations have noticed her intelligence and scientific aptitudes and have offered her protection and other forms of services and goods in exchange for her assistance in manufacturing drugs, food, chemicals, and other substances for them. Amet loathes working with the the crime organizations but sees it as a temporary but necessary evil in order to survive long enough to forward her long term goals. After she was laid off her job in a Midcity factory Amet has had to rely on the help of the criminal organizations more and more just to survive.


Personality: Amet's small stature and thin frame give her the appearance of a small frail creature easily taken advantage of, as she is tiny even for her race, but recent events have made her cold and calculating. She's cautious and highly intelligent. Though she may be driven to ruthless measures just to survive she never lets herself be reckless in any situation. She's extremely meticulous about everything she does, as if to stave off all possible failure.

In other times she might have been considered an attractive for her species, but hard times have warped and fractured her personality and it shows even in her facial features. Amet is extremely distrustful of most others around her, regardless of their species. She is extremely irritable and usually does speak to others unless spoken to, instead she watches and speculates. This isn't due to any lack of social skills, just a cold mistrust of the world around her.

Amet spends most of her time in her run down apartment reading journals and logs left behind be her grandfather and experimenting with whatever crude chemistry and botany equipment she can assemble in her room. When not in her apartment she scavenges for anything she can use in her homely lab. Bottles, tubes, foods she can extract chemicals from, whatever she can make useful. If she can get away with it she will steal the supplies she needs to to make her blood coagulant and other chemicals. In some cases she's mutilated Hoverdynes to transform vehicle parts into lab equipment.

Amet's first language is Arabi and always speaks in heavy Arabic no matter what Tongue she speaks in. Amet is fluent in Anglic, but knows rudimentary Germanic and even less Yamato.
